Market Bosworth Agricultural, Horticultural and Equestrian Society music and games evening

The Market Bosworth Agricultural, Horticultural and Equestrian Society will be holding a music and games evening in aid of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI). The Fantoms will be playing songs from the 1960s on Friday 29 June in the members' marquee at the Market Bosworth Country Showground. The event will start at 7.30 pm and there will be music, games and a roast beef supper. Tickets are £12.50 (£6 for children 10 and under).
Monies raised will go to the RABI who offer financial support to farmers and farm workers of all ages including those still working as well as others who have retired through age, illness or disability. RABI run 2 care homes, provide training grants and offer practical help in times of crisis.

The annual Market Bosworth Country Show will take place this weekend from 10.00 am on Sunday 1 July 2018 at Cow Pastures Farm, CV13 0DP in aid of Canine Partners.
The show is a one day show organised annually by Market Bosworth Agricultural, Horticultural and Equestrian Society. The first show was held in 1889 and has been an annual event in most subsequent years.

The Farmers' Market takes place in the Market Place from 9.00 am until approximately 2.00 pm. There are lots of colourful stalls selling a wide range of local produce.

The 9th annual Rail Ale Festival will be held at Market Bosworth Station run by the Battlefield Line in conjunction with Hinckley & Bosworth branch of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale.
The Festival runs on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July. This year's event features 80 real ales and 30 ciders and perries. There will also be a Pimms and Prosecco Bar in the marquee at Market Bosworth.
To complement the event there will be other attractions including up to 15 steam road locomotives, a fairground organ, miniature traction engines, trade stalls etc.
