St Peter's Parish Church Nativity Festival

Thu, 30 Nov 2017 18:00

St Peter's Church in Market Bosworth will be hosting a Nativity Festival in the church from the evening of 30 November until just after Christmas. Many different types of nativities will be on display and the church will be open daily for all to visit. Previous exhibitions have been very popular and last year the Christmas Tree Festival attracted visitors from far and wide.

Community groups, schools, clubs and societies will be contributing scenes which can be any part of the Nativity story. Angels, shepherds, kings, stars, cribs and the whole Nativity scene will be playing their part in what promises to be a creative and very special event. Displayed in the traditional setting of the historic church of St Peter, the Nativity theme will be a wonderful seasonal backdrop to the Festival of Lessons and Carols on the 17 December and the special services taking place during December.
